“Staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming! A friend and I booked the jacuzzi suite as a “staycation Mom getaway”. The room was clean and comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean and well-kept, and the pillows were fantastic. “La stanza prenotata ha rispecchiato tutte le aspettative: molto funzionale negli spazi ed abbastanza pulita. La reception pratica e veloce; la colazione da rivedere pesantemente, con poca scelta e poche opzioni. Parcheggio esterno gratuito molto comodo, con ampi spazi su manovra. “Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per visitare le Thousand Islands. L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”
